I have been following the Fenbendazole Protocol for just over a year before I had my first scan. I was over the moon to find out that my liver was clear – no new growths, even some shrinking, and my blood work was normal. This brought a lot of hope to me and motivated me to continue for about another year with the protocol before I had my PET scan, which showed there was no evidence of disease!

EMT6 cells harvested from exponentially growing monolayers were plated into Petri dishes or glass culture flasks containing Waymouth’s medium supplemented with 15% serum (FetalPlex ™) and antibiotics (all from Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) ( 8– 10). Cultures were incubated at 37°C in a humid atmosphere of 95% air/5% CO 2 for three days and were in the middle of exponential growth at the time of treatment. Cell viability was assayed by trypsinizing and suspending the cells at the end of the treatment, counting the cells with a Coulter counter, and assaying the abilities of the cells to form colonies in cell culture as described in detail previously ( 4, 7– 9). Surviving fractions were calculated by comparing the clonogenicity of treated cells with those of untreated control cells plated on the same day. If the numbers of cells in treated and control cultures differed, cell viability was also assessed using yield-corrected surviving fractions, which consider both the difference in cell number and the difference in clonogenicity ( 9). Data shown on the graphs are geometric means±SEM from multiple independent experiments. Because some treatment agents used in these experiments are quite effective in killing tumor cells, the surviving fractions in these experiments spanned a wide range (from 1.0 to 0.02); the survival curves are therefore plotted using logarithmic Y axes to allow for rigorous comparison of the data over the full range of the observed survivals. In September 2021, I went to the cancer clinic to get my second PET scan done after receiving the news in March 2021 that I have been diagnosed with cancer, and learnt that day that my tumor has shrunk to half the size it first was. There were still signs of lymph nodes increasing or being classified as unknown results. Once patients have reached their desired results, they may choose to stay on the protocol using the basic starter dose. While Fenbendazole for human cancer has gained more popularity in recent years, especially related to Joe Tippens’ cancer-fighting story, some research available at this time suggests Mebendazole might be more effective for treating some different types of tumors. For example, research studies have shown that MBZ could be more effective for brain and ovarian cancers. Fenbendazole has been found to be very effective against metastatic melanoma, lung cancers, and lymphoma. Anecdotally, both MBZ and FBZ have shown effectiveness against many cancer types, including when paired with vitamins, supplements, repurposed medications, alternative treatments, and standard of care treatments. Under normal conditions, pure fenbendazole appears in powder form, whitish color and has poor solubility in water. When dissolved in acetone, the compound emits colored impurities above itself. Finally, there are many who are critics and are wary of Fenben saying there are no clinical studies on it etc. Well here's one from 2011. A Fenbendazole-containing diet combined with supplemental high dose of vitamins was reported by Gao et al. to inhibit growth of a human lymphoma xenografted into scid mice ( 17); it was unclear whether this reflected a direct effect of the drug on tumor cells or stimulation of host immune responses. Bai et al. reported that fenbendazole reduced the engraftment of brain tumors in nude mice ( 18). Chung et al. reported in a meeting presentation ( 19) that high doses of fenbendazole, albendazole and mebendazole inhibited the growth of paclitaxel-resistant tumors.

These reactions, while unpleasant, can indicate that the medicine is working and pathogens are being killed inside the body. Fenbendazole, also called “FenBen”/ FBZ, and Mebendazole (MBZ) are often confused because they perform the same primary function of eliminating parasitic worms. However, a key difference is that FBZ has not been approved for human use while MBZ has been approved for human consumption by governing bodies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Fenbendazole is only officially approved for veterinary use. We take one day at a time and hope and pray for the best for years to come but, for today, things are going well!!!
