The author's writing is fantastic, and her knowledge of F1 racing makes the story even more interesting and immersive. I flew through the book with ease, and when it ended, I had a big smile on my face.

A good portion of this book was me screaming to the book at how badly everything was shown here. It had very typical romance tropes but again it was so bad. I really needed some romance as I'm currently reading a lot for school at the moment.

The author probably wrote this with the idea that this was quirky, and that she is a strong female that overcomes adversity. But all this did was infuriate me because how badly can you screw up your university choices? And for what reasons? It just makes me feel that she has no direction, no aim for life, and that she has to pay the price later. Yes, I am those people that consider this as a failure instead of a restart. Maya is literally portrayed as American, even though we have to believe she is Spanish. She went to an American school in Madrid, speaks with no accent whatsoever, and actually talks in miles instead of kilometers. But no, she is still Spanish: she loves sangria and paella and her mother knows they are her favourite things to eat. She has the fiesty personality, the tan. Things that make her look a bit more 'exotic', a bit different than the other girls. And the sheer number of outfit changes in this book. Please, we didn't need descriptions of every single scandalous dress and too-short skirt that she wore. I could picture that enough from Noah's in-depth descriptions, thank you very much. I mean, could she be wearing any more clothes? Always looking out for exciting new ideas to help inspire her next novel, she’s always taking inspiration from the world around her. Visiting numerous different restaurants in her spare time, she’s got an active imagination when it comes to creating different novels. Still writing to this day, she’s got a busy schedule with more books and series planned for release in the near future. I would like to put this line in my review because it's undeniable the most annoying line I have ever come across- "Safe to say yoga is not my workout of choice. Namaste in bed, thank you very much" What does it even mean??

do i recommend this book to anyone? yes, if you want to read about a horny man, this is definitely the book for you seeing as how noah (guy with the denim orbs) is constantly turned on. if you would like to preserve your braincells, then you should stay away from this book. The dialogues are so typical. Expect to see sentences like- I let go of the breath I didn't realise I was holding in. Or How do I do that? You're a smart guy, figure it out. Like dude for once, give the man an idea on what to do. But yeah you get the gist. Scared of me contesting your three-title standing? Thought you’d be happy with me staying in your shadow, forever trying to catch up to the legendary Nicholas Slade.” Distaste colors my voice.I know books aren’t meant to be realistic but cmon . Your trying to tell me out of all the people there Zara was the ONLY good creator ? Please make it make sense . So he is a F1 driver, and two years after the incident that cost him the WC, he gets a new teammate in the form of Santiago 'Santi' Alatorre. A twenty-four year old Spanish prodigy who debuted in Formula One at twenty-one (which is supposed to be revolutionary, while in real F1 drivers have debuted at the ripe age of seventeen), who in fact was the only bearable character in this whole story. And that is when he meets Maya.
