For this product review, I decided I would ask my friend/co-worker who teaches STEM at our school (and has 4 children of her own) to help me test and review the Botley 2.0 the Coding Robot Activity Set. The best part? They’ll barely even realise that they’re learning and you’ll get to join in too. Pros One of the essential purposes that these toys tend to fulfill is education. They are built to mimic a knowledgeable environment playfully. The primary goal of these STEM toys and coding robots is to impart knowledge so that they can enlighten a kid in more than one way in more than one manner. There are lots of different coding toys to choose from, so here are some things to consider when making your choice:

Coding toys that grow with your child or offer multiple play and programming options are likely to be the best choice when it comes to getting your money’s worth.

Engaging Learning Experience: Coding robots make learning programming fun and interactive. They engage users and provide hands-on experience in a playful manner. To be honest, our overall sense is that kids younger than that can still get a lot out of Botley. Of course, each child is different, but there are no small parts to be worried about and the programming is simple enough to teach that we feel even a 4 year old can benefit.

Coming in at about 3 lbs and sized to fit in an adult palm, Botley is a small, friendly looking robot and can be programmed to perform a variety of tasks. The learn and go robot mouse set features Colby the light-up mouse robot. This is one of the best robot toys for little kids. My son has one in his kindergarten class! This little robot has colorful programming buttons that are simple to use and straightforward.
