There's no dedicated noise cancellation here, of course, but sound isolation is pretty reasonable. Thanks to many ports, you can also share the output by plugging in more than one cable at a time, which is ideal for letting someone listen in on your work or simply sharing a tune. Still, after some time, you will start noticing an aching sensation, which will force you to take a break. The Bluetooth radio is v5.0 so there’s no issue with range – everything was still working at 12 metres line-of-sight – and battery life is pretty good. According to OneOdio, the 750mAh battery is good for 25 hours with both ANC and Bluetooth on, 40 hours of Bluetooth without ANC, and 80 hours in wired mode with ANC enabled. The OneOdio Monitor 60 are relatively well-priced for what they offer. We like that they come with all the cables you may need, which is helpful for newbies and price-conscious customers. They're robust, too, so we're reasonably confident they'll last you a long time. There is no accompanying app with these headphones, like there is with, say, 1More headphone products, which offer 12 EQ presets, nor is there any partnership with something like the third-party SoundID app, a path taken by Grell, for example. The EP-N12’s have worse, more condensed sound than the A30, and the ANC isn’t as good when dealing with lower frequencies. All that said, the sound of these Focus A10s is good. The longer you use them, the more you should find the sound opening up, and getting better, as the drivers loosen up, but the sound is already subjectively good straight out of the box, no question. The Z2’s sound a tad cleaner and more neutral overall with ANC on, and a bit bass bloated with ANC off.Consequently, vocals can sometimes sound overly sibilant. Instruments like electric guitars and keyboards can at times appear a bit too shouty and aggressive. Bass port on top of the ear cups. The difference between the two modes is mostly in the bass, which gets surprisingly flat with ANC function enabled. Also, it slightly lowers sound volume. Bass Budget wireless ANC headphones can’t do miracles when it comes to active noise cancelling, and the OneOdio A30 prove the point. The fit is very comfortable and the look is very subtle as far as over-ears go - I found myself only making occasional micro-adjustments, and the low clamping force means your ears won't get too sweaty, which is always a big bonus, but on the flip side it can occasionally result in some sound leakage, and comfort is optimised over noise reduction. It means that the A10 are better suited to casual listening and the daily commute over exercise, where excessive motion can result in the headphones moving around quite a bit - you'll be fine with a dash to make the train, but I wouldn't run 10km in them. None whatsoever. When watching videos, the audio is perfectly in sync, regardless of what operating system you use.
