Good grief! This started off pretty good but I could never read this author again. All this author knows is the word "said:" Seb said, Walt said, Seb said, Walt said, Seb said, Walt said, Bob said, Mee said. It started driving me nuts. No remarked, no replied, no yelled, no nothing! Just “SAID.” I read one other male author who couldn’t use any word but that and I never read him again. Just like I won’t read this one again. Ian W. Sainsbury used the word “said” over 1000 times in this one book and replied 0 times and remarked 0 times and murmur 2 times and muttered 5 times. Clearly not enough words to replace “said.” Totally ridiculous!!At the now legendary Battle of Thousand Skulls, the Sarls and Aeslings clashed. Amidst the carnage, Wulfrik fought the mighty Aesling king. Wulfrik slew the Chaos Lord, decapitating him and holding his head high for his tribesmen to see. With the death of their king, the Aeslings quit the field and victory was claimed by the Sarls. [2c] Would you, an incredibly average young man, like to imagine having godlike, apparently magical powers? Effortlessly surpassing all other magic users? Maybe you'd like to imagine having an orgy with a group of nameless hookers described primarily in terms of the size of their breasts at some point as well? The first test offered by the Chaos Gods was to hunt down the Tomb Lord Khareops and offer up its shrivelled entrails to Nurgle, the god of diesease and decay. Thus, Wulfrik was charged to travel to the baking deserts of Khemri -- a voyage undertaken by only the boldest of Northmen, for the desert lay many leagues south of the far north where the Norscans made their home. Tom keeps a blog where he documents his travels and posts wonderful photographs that he has taken along the way. He had never been interested in photography before he started his trek but now loves the art form. He hopes that after returning to the USA, he will be able to work as a travel writer or photographer.
