Since each individual body has a different amount of skin, fat, muscle, and connective tissue, the size of a massage gun will vary widely depending on treatment goals. A larger person looking for deep stimulation may need a larger, more powerful massage gun, while a smaller person may only require a miniature massage gun with less power. Massage guns truly don’t come lighter or more practical and compact than this. It weighs just 650g and still offers the same vibration speed as the other, larger Theragun models – a maximum of 2400 PPM over 3 speed settings. That’s not as many options as other, full-size massage guns, but for such a lightweight device, I don’t think that’s a dealbreaker.
