Airwolf was an American television series that ran from 1984 until 1987. The program was centered around a high-tech military helicopter, code named Airwolf, and its crew as they undertook various missions, many involving espionage, with a Cold War theme. Over time, Airwolf evolved into a more traditional, less complex action series. But through it all, it remained a reliably entertaining hour that’s still highly watchable three decades later.
