You may be able to listen up to 30+ feet (10 meters) away from your paired device, though your connection experience may vary based on your environment. There are a number of reasons your firmware update may fail. A few of the most likely reasons are a phone call interrupted the update, the earbuds lost connection during the update, or the app was closed during the update. Whatever the case may be, there will be a notification with some instructions to follow before trying again. This same issue could also be interfering with your case lid when closing, if you’re having a hard time closing the lid correctly, this is an indicator that buds are not set correctly or the gels are interfering.

You also have access to three EQ modes, for music, movies and podcasts. Movie mode, for example, boosts the bass and volume while Podcast mode takes out a lot of the bass. Music is its basic setting. You can also pull up a smart assistant through the Indy Fuel as well.Please make sure you have enabled Bluetooth and Location permissions for the app. If you have declined Location permissions, for example, you may have to go into the app settings and re-enable. When charging the device, we recommend using a cable, charger, or outlet with a power output that does not exceed 18-Watt (5 Volts/3.6amps). All users can explore the Skullcandy brand and get support through the Skullcandy App. Which products are not Skullcandy App supported? The Skullcandy App runs on mobile devices - iOS and Android operating systems alike. At this time laptops and tablets are not supported, though we are exploring expanding our device coverage. Please note - ONLY the LEFT SESH® Wireless bud can be used in Mono Mode, this is your Master or Main Function bud.

With location permissions enabled, Bluetooth turned on, and your product connected to your phone, you should be able to link to the Skullcandy App. The Indy Fuel have an Ambient mode, which you can control through the earbud itself, and is an excellent feature for those who like to workout or run outside — letting you hear music or podcasts but also keeping your aware of what's happening directly around you. Because true wireless audio is still pretty new, Sesh® Wireless may be your first experience with this technology. But pairing Sesh® Wireless to your device for the first time is actually really simple. You just have to follow three easy steps:For the optimal Mono functionality, first Power On and pair BOTH SESH® Wireless buds to your device normally. This will ensure the seamless transition between Stereo and Mono modes If the update fails again, put the earbuds in the case and close the lid. Then force close the Skullcandy App. Launch the Skullcandy App and remove the earbuds from the case. Once they are connected with the Skullcandy App, attempt the update again. We have to give a few more points to the Indy Fuel on sound quality. They still weren't the tops on brightness and clarity. But we did find that the Sesh Evo was a bit flatter, and phone calls slightly tinny. You can also use each earbud on both styles on their own as a solo device, and there are media controls on each of the earbuds. Here's what we found between the Indy Fuel and Sesh Evo in our testing if you're considering either for your next earbud selection.

If you see your product’s name followed by “-LE” this is a secondary connection for Tile ™ services. It will not allow for audio and calls over this connection; it is not the correct Bluetooth connection to support the use of the Skullcandy App.After updating to version 3.3.0 or 3.3.1 of the Skullcandy App, some users may experience issues connecting products they had linked with a previous version of the Skullcandy App. To solve this, please follow these steps: WHEN ON A CALL OR LISTENING TO MY CONTENT, WILL I HEAR AUDIO IN ONE (THE LEFT SIDE MASTER) OR BOTH EARBUDS? You will hear one beep indicating the buds have paired together, the LED on the LEFT bud will flash RED and BLUE indicating it has entered into pairing mode Issue: If you’re a user that would like to use the SESH® Wireless with only one earbud (Mono Mode), you may have some issues when working to repair both buds together (Stereo Mode). You may follow the following simple steps to ensure ease of use when pairing when switching between Mono and Stereo Modes.
