How to avoid spreading a cold

Most food of a kind used for human consumption (read paragraph 2.3 of this guidance) is zero-rated. There are, however, some exceptions as follows: You must always standard rate As a general principle, you can zero rate a product sold for use as an ingredient in home cooking or baking if it:
