You can get it cheaper from the bakery (as others have said) but that's fresh yeast, which i've not used - i stick to dry, i know it works (and if i have a week or two where i've not made bread, then i don't need to worry about it). The other half I did by hand and you could have used it to anchor a ship, I couldn't even put it out for the birds because I would have had to get the jigsaw out to cut it up. personally i make a seeded white/wholemeal combo that i've never had any complaints about, but there ya go.
