The traditional shapes are the Kite and Pear but recently the slim has become popular. Slim flights will help with tight grouping but they are not to everyone’s preference. If you are brand new to the sport and have no idea what I am talking about, I want you to imagine a traditional fletched arrow of the type Robin Hood used to shoot. The bit at the end, traditionally made out of three matched half-feathers, has come a long way since the days of Robin’s Sherwood Forest and Nottinghamshire shenanigans.
