I have investigated further and I think I have the explanation for the disparities to which I refer. It’s very light (I messed up in the video and said it was 25lbs, it’s only 17 but I didn’t want to clean my house and feed my cat again to reshoot it – I thought it was just strong when I picked it up so easily. If you're off on an adventure, you're likely to want a lightweight stroller that’s easy to fold up and compact enough to fit into small spaces. I have the armadillo city 2 which is the same size as this just a newer one and I think these pushchairs are great. Wearing my canvas summer shoes it’s not an issue at all, but I imagine if I were wearing open sandals I might hurt my foot or chip my nail varnish taking the brake off! If I compare the fold with City Mini or B-Agile, this fold is better because the seat is folded inside and is protected from all the dirt.Also, there is a new, even lighter Armadillo City, but I don’t think it has the car seat capability. But if it had a carrycot it would be an ideal first (and only) pushchair, as its impressive leg length means you'd never need to change to a second stroller. Although it's suitable from birth, I probably wouldn't use it until my little one was two or three-months-old. The Armadillo has adjustable leg rest and all wheel suspension but the Valco is lighter, has larger wheels, and the bumper bar.
