The book is then divided into months but it isn’t a book with your typical monthly listings of things to do. I love his show and how he presents information but it is not always applicable to my living conditions. Monty Don's articles are so well founded, his enthusiasm is contagious and his advice is invaluable. In my opinion, it isn’t a book to turn to for quick reference or if you’re looking for lists of tasks to do but then it wasn’t designed with this in mind and most gardeners have those books already anyway.
