Method

Turkish green peppers: There are two types of Turkish green peppers you can use for this recipe: sivri biber or çarliston biber (biber means pepper). I used a combination of both, but feel free to use whatever is available to you! Sivri peppers look like big cayenne peppers and can range from mild to very spicy.
