I am quite pleased with how they have turned out. Once I have finished the main model I will affix them to the Rhino. I know, in the end, it's up to me, but I'm looking for a bit of input. All my Tactical Marines wear MK4 armor (Calth....) and I will have to make so stupid expensive conversions to use Cataphracti TDA, there is some doubt, which Rhino would fit better into my army.

I decided not to paint the interior, though I am tempted to get another kit and do the interior on that one.

The majority of Warhammer 40,000’s initial releases had all been cast metal models, both individual miniatures and smaller kits like Land Speeders and support guns. When it became clear that Rogue Trader was a huge hit, the Warhammer Studio decided that it was time to make some tanks. The practicality of making something the size of a Warhammer tank in metal – not to mention its weight on the gaming table meant another solution would be needed – and so 40k’s first plastic tank, rolled out of production and onto battlefields everywhere. I think the main factor is purely aesthetics. Having different patterns for power armour and vehicles helps giving the Heresy its own aesthetics, and some HH collectors were drawn into it (including me) precisely because of these changes. Actually, some of the armour patterns and vehicles grew on me even though at first they did not catch my attention, and on the other side the usual 40k patterns became a bit "boring" for me.We start with the smallest soldiers in this new game – the Solar Auxilia. The final blessing is the Naming Ritual. Every new vehicle must have a name worthy of the great history of the Chapter it is to serve. This name is recorded, and some Chapters choose to paint or engrave it onto the vehicle's armoured hull.
