We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia, and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. Julius Lester does a great job presenting the idea of race and how sometimes people form opinions about others before getting to know them. I want to continue to support employers to open up the conversation, sign the Race at Work Charter and address disparities as they come to light while being transparent about the actions they are taking to do so.
