The minifigs are nice, but somewhat similar to Caf� Corner (two of the hairpieces between the sets are exactly the same.

Here is one minifigure who could have benefited by having the traditional "smiley" like all the other official LEGO modulars as the torso printing of his overalls are one of the oldest. Similar to Cafe Corner as Huw mentioned some of the parts like the white hoses are very expensive and I don't think they necessarily look good to begin with, like the Cafe Corner I made a Stud. I'm going to split the minifigures from the individual parts that make up the rare/expensive pieces.They were initially made as internal LEGO models to celebrate the launch of each modular including Market Street. From the desktop wallpaper archive right here on Brickset, an interesting Modular street with many more "custom" sets, looks to be from late 2007.

Just like there are some Star Wars sets badged as UCS that some people don't want to acknowledge as UCS, even though they are. The interior is empty, save for a staircase that goes all the way from the crawl space up to the top floor. It takes a certain selection of parts, and that's what you or I would look for in a bulk lot to see if this set is present. I figured you can never have too many opinions on sets these days so I'll serve up my ramblings anyway.I've been wanting to modify my Lepin 15007 Market Street modular, so this was an opportune time to attack the project.
