Key features – Material: Leather upper, polyurethane sole, Vibram vulcanised rubber outer sole; Waterproofing: eVent; Sizes available: UK 4-12 so took a chance and as I like a short boot I bought the FENCHAM ARMOT NEOPRENE WELLINGTON FIELD BOOT SHORT but seeing as you missed the most important point I was making it was of course the FIT !!!! and for people like me its the most important point everyone knows if your boots are a loose fit they stay warmer than a tight fitting pair

The only issue I have with them is no good in Winter for rushing out to hit a run as both liner and boot have to be put on separately so I just remove the liner and use the wellie itself which because of what it is made off seems to have it's own thermal properties as it is warm to the touch. Worst boots I had for grip,were Brasher hillmaster gtx,they look the part,but omg,I found on local slate paths so,so dangerous...my coccyx,certainly took a couple bad slip,one up on the cliffs once... I got shimano eviairs,spelling,anyway....they don't grip so well either..don't use em much now tbh... Aigle and le chameau are probably the best ones ive had but there quite expensive.

For a relaxing day whatever time of the year, Frensham Ponds are a great escape from the hustle and bustle. Sure some grips are better and the material they are made out of is equally important. They look decent enough better than my flip flops. Gerry right about the grip on the Scrubs,brilliant boot but crappy wavy tread underneath them...in reality,they are gardening boots really I bet.. I love these boots! They’re really comfortable and I feel like I could walk around all day in them no matter what I was doing…and talk about warm! My feet feel really cushioned and protected. They look stylish also, I wouldn’t mind throwing them on with jeans or dresses, definitely my favourite. – Hollie, one of our HQ testers.

I’m after a pair of lined wellies can anyone recommend any that are warm preferably with replaceable liners. The best "Wellies" I have ever had is Navitas lite insulated boots". A fully removable felt liner which can be replaced. I use them not only for freshwater fishing in the winter but also stood on the beach sea fishing and I have never had cold feet in them yet. In Summer just use them without the liner, they have good tread and they are that lite you don't know you have them on. You can even use the liner on it's own as a bivvy boot but no good to stand in the wet on their own.
