One of the most popular methods for finishing Kydex is to use a heat gun. This method is simple, and it produces great results. Certain grades of KYDEX® sheet including KYDEX® 510 are engineered for outdoor use. Most grades are intended for indoor use and should not be used in outdoor environments. What is the best way to assemble KYDEX® Thermoplastic sheet to other materials?
