In addition, Warhammer Quest: Cursed City - Nemesis will include some new mechanics. For players, there are Major Actions and Exalt Tokens. Major Actions have a value of 7 or more, allowing players to perform more complex tasks. Exalt Tokens can make heroes inspired at the start of a quest. As for the baddies they have Reborn Evil, allowing them to return to the game after being defeated. So don't get too comfortable if you think you've killed these horrors for good. Well it's called the Cursed City for a reason Warhammer Quest: Cursed City is a co-operative board game that you can play solo, or with up to 3 friends. Together you will enter Ulfenkarn to take part in one of four journeys – Hunt, Scavenge, Deliverance, and Decapitation, which are combined into a heroic quest to overthrow Radukar and his lieutenants to free the city from its undead curse. Warhammer Quest: Cursed City - Nemesis

Customers in Japan will get their own opportunity to get their hands on both expansions a little later than the rest of the world, because Nemesis is launching there next year.

Sporting baggy pants, a huge wrestling-belt-esque armour plate over a bare torso, a big shaggymongol-style fur hat, and two entire shoulder-slung wolf pelts(heads and all), Radukar cuts… well, honestly, a slightly understated figure, for the final boss of such a spook-happy fantasy storyline. Does that splitting-up of base rules from quest-specific content clearly telegraph that there will be further Quests on the way in additional expansions for Cursed City? Why, yes. Yes it does.In summary, if you liked the first game and Nightwars and could go for more, you might as well finish up the storyline. Just don’t go in buying this alongside the core game. This wasn’t the intended ending. Cursed City was unfortunately cancelled and this is what the writers came up with in the time allotted to them. The Hexbane Hunters are such a great warband box set and perfect for Cursed City. There are some templates for this group at custom cards, but i have added my own take on Heskel and his hound to add into the game > Hexbane Hunters.
