Via Baidu user cendolking we have our first in-hand images of the robot mode of the highly anticipated Transformers Studio Series 86 Voyager Ironhide. On the one hand I feel ripped off. On the other, as a fan, I kinda hope they fix all the problems those releases had. Even with new feet the figures are still pretty bad. I'm just bummed he doesn't have 5mm ports on his arms. I wanna give him big arm cannons. After Bayverse Ironhide, I think every version of Ironhide works with BFGs on each arm

My priority had been to get everything as IDW as possible, but then things started spilling over the lines. Voyager Class toys are 6.5-inch collectible action figures designed with specs and details to reflect the Transformers movie universe, now including The Transformers: The Movie! The guns aren't actually unique to Ratchet. It's a generic blaster model that practically every Autobot whose toy didn't come with its own handgun wielded at least once in the animation. Been waiting on this guy for a while and it does not disappoint! Far cheaper than trying to chase down a WFC figure and to be honest, this actually looks far more Ironhide in my opinion. Robot mode and van mode are both excellent with some small gripes here and there but nothing to actually complain about. Transformation is simple enough but it does require everything to be in exactly right place or tabs keeps popping open. Small gripes are the exposed should hinges in van mode and the (to me anyway) stubby feet in Bot mode. This is pretty much me, there were several characters I didn't care that much for thus didn't feel the need to buy the figure. Yet there were a few that turned out really nice looking and the display almost feels incomplete without those certain few. I probably never will get Trailbreaker as I was always a Hoist guy, as well as Sunstreaker, Huffer, Skids etc. they just aren't needed in my case.

Clear hooks snapping as well as the van mode not holding together very well, ive had mine since Christmas constantly transforming him and he's still fine That is irrelevent. 86 is going no where and they have said that repeatedly. And they are currently still making new molds. And earthspark is for kids between 3-9 so it has 0 effect on the other lines. However, I did since then get DK-2 Guard and was able to splurge on all the Nonnef upgrades for him. the mold is solid. I would have called it epic if they had split the cod plate so we didn’t have to. He does everything he’s supposed todo at the price point (compared to other figures that fall short)Same logic went into the decision to sell Bluestreak. I kept Siege Bluestreak b/c, really, he doesn't look that alien (he looks like a near-future Mercedes) so I can have him, ER Smokescreen, and IDW Proql together in the same battle scene and feel like I have all the characters but in distinct forms. BUT, when I decided to do that I underestimated the allure of completing the season 1/season 2 Autobots in a cohesive aesthetic. Entertainment News International (ENI) is the #1 popular culture network for adult fans all around the world. So, I'd also like to have the best looking, most poseable version of every Sunbow/Marvel character, but I'd also like to avoid having more than one of each mold (exception for seekers, Refractor, etc.). So, if they do an 86 Ironhide as a new mold, that'll be great for me b/c I'm happy with the Earthrise Ratchet for G1 Ratchet. So I've been wondering if this is really worth it to replace the ER version. I had this SS86 Ironhide for a very short time and I wasn't too sure if I liked him more than Earthrise Ironhide as I liked how he was next to Siege Ratchet. When I had them side by side it made me think hard about which I liked best
