You should be able to confirm the size by measuring the pads from their longest points and comparing them to the dims on the site for the new pads. Once it is slid in you can pull the hose straight out and the brass press in fitting in the end of the hose should slide right out. I may seek out the 4mm ID x 6mm OD tubing at some point, but for now I got the results I was looking for.Grab the hose in one hand and fitting in the other and push them together, grab the "ring" on the fitting on the hose side and pull it towards the fitting. That means that you should be able to cut the flared end off of the hose, slip off the fitting, and slip it onto a new tube that you get.
