Only a short walk from Central Station, our Brewery on Albion Street is a hub for beer lovers creating small batch specialty beers on a limited edition basis. That's how it pans out in Colin From Accounts, with the rom-com spying the familiarity, comedy and chaos in bumping into another person on the street. The owners, who began as homebrewers and slowly developed their love of craft beer into a recognisable local brand, have adorned their space with a tasteful nautical theme and their unique beer flavours such as their Old Salty Gose and Albo Corn Ale have proved to be popular among the locals.

Texan expat Topher Boehm roams around NSW collecting wild yeasts and bacteria to ferment different batches of beer, which are then blended to achieve the desired flavour profile. There’s a permanent food truck by The Nest Jervis Bay that serves up tasty booze absorbers such as karaage bao buns and some seriously smashable fish tacos. Locations are determined by your guide depending on which establishments are brewing on the day of your visit. Eden Brewery’s core range is made up of a unique Belgian wheat beer, a kottbusser (best enjoyed with a schnitzel or pretzel), an XPA, and an IPA. It turns out to be somewhat of an extreme sliding doors moment; the pair finding themselves thrust together as unlikely caretakers (and bill payers) for the permanently injured hound, who they later name (you guessed it) Colin From Accounts, in a nod to millennial-era banter viewers will immediately grasp without further explanation.
