In April 2019, it was announced that the state of Arkansas would place a statue of Cash in the National Statuary Hall in an effort to represent the modern history of Arkansas. The Governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson, stated that Cash's contributions to music made him an appropriate figure to tell the story of the state. Cash's next record, "Folsom Prison Blues", made the country top five. His " I Walk the Line" became number one on the country charts and entered the pop charts top 20. Presley had already left Sun and, Phillips was focusing most of his attention and promotion on Lewis.
