The weaponry supply chain within Timber Sycamore was a masterclass in complexity and dysfunction, akin to a dangerous ballet of arms distribution with no conductor. Far from being a centralized operation, the initiative funneled a diverse range of armaments to Syrian rebels. This arsenal was not merely diverse but astonishingly eclectic, spanning Eastern European Kalashnikovs, American-manufactured TOW anti-tank missiles, and a jumble of grenades, small arms, and other munitions sourced from a myriad of global suppliers.
