This might not be a fairy tale, but I swear on all I am that I’ll defeat the villain of our story before it’s done. The only question left to answer is whether or not we’ll all live to see him die. Don’t bother reading this book if you haven’t read the others. You won’t understand what a superb ending it is. I would have liked for Shawn’s end to have taken up less of their life, but I’m certainly glad the book didn’t end there.

I was on the fence about giving 5 stars because there were a lot of flaws in this series, but in the end I decided that 5 stars was appropriate considering that I bought the series (originally read for free with Kindle Unlimited) and I've actually reread large portions of each book.I would really like to see more stories like this from the authors. I did enjoy their paranormal stories as well, though I was not really into the Zodiac Academy books. I read about half of them I think before giving up because it was just dragging on way too much.
