If you wanted to use another biscuit that is basic, and not covered in chocolate and has no filling, the butter is always 150g. If you are using a biscuit with a filling (such as an Oreo) or a chocolate digestive, lower the butter to 125g. Freezer. Once your cheesecake has reached room temperature, you can simply place it in the freezer for around 10 minutes. Just be sure not to leave it in the freezer for too long, as you do not want your cheesecake to be frozen; just chilled. Use double (heavy) cream. Unlike the cream cheese, the cream needs to be cold to whip properly. Whisking at medium speed allows you better control so that you can avoid overwhipping.

However, although the Malteser cheesecake will look stellar – and there is no doubt it will look anything other than a scrumptious Malteser cheesecake – it's just a bit difficult to cut. So, all in all, very beautiful but quite impractical.
