Seriously tho thanks loads for sharing my new favorite recipe. pina colada yogurt- you can substitute pineapple, coconut, vanilla, or even plain yogurt if you can't find the pina colada flavor Pineapple juice: We prefer to use 100% pineapple juice (no sugar added), but if you can only find pineapple concentrate, that's okay too. Making the drink with store-bought pineapple juice is easier than with fresh pineapple. It requires less work (peeling and chopping the pineapple), you can also enjoy the drink right away (the fresh pineapple needs to be frozen first). Grilled mains – Juicy burgers, grilled shrimp skewers, or grilled sirloin steak would taste great with a frosty pina colada!

For the absolute best results, you will need to put in a little extra time. If you want to avoid using too much ice and diluting the flavor, freeze Piña Colada twice. First, blend the frozen pineapple, cream of coconut, and white rum together until all smooth. Then, either place the pitcher bowl into the freezer if it’s safe, or transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze it for 1-2 hours. Then, blend it all together again, and if you feel like you need to, add only about a cup of ice. This will give you the strongest and most vibrant flavor.
