My easy White Chocolate Syrup recipe uses just 2 ingredients and is ready in 10 minutes! Pour it over your favorite desserts, especially ice cream, or add it to coffee for an easy white chocolate latte. To make a vegan or dairy free white chocolate iced coffee recipe, swap both milks for almond milk or oat milk. This is so you don’t have to rely on getting the high-quality stuff, which can be very difficult to find.

Since this recipe makes around two cups of white chocolate sauce, you’ll have plenty of syrup to use in the future. That means it’s important that the sauce is stored properly so it tastes amazing every time you enjoy it. Use it in Coffee: Add a splash of this syrupy creamer to your coffee or use it to make a white mocha. Chocolate chips usually have a vegetable oil in them, usually palm kernel oil. This vegetable oil doesn't melt well. sweetened condensed milk: You can use skim or regular sweetened condensed milk. If you want to make your sauce vegan, substitute sweetened condensed coconut milk and be sure to use vegan sugar. Do NOT substitute evaporated milk In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat and stir until sugar has dissolved.In a medium saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Fill a tumbler with a cup of ice cubes. Then add 4 ounce of cold brew coffee or 1.5 ounces espresso. Use 6 oz chopped white chocolate in place of the other three ingredients and pour 8 oz (1 cup) of heated (not boiling) milk over the chocolate.
