Queso Roncal is another traditional artisan cheese from Spain, more precisely from Valle de Roncal in the Navarre region. It has a P.D.O certification by the European Union, which states that it can only be made from milk of the Latxa and Rasa breeds. As with any cheese, the more the cheese is aged, the more the flavor develops over time. A young Mahon cheese will be mild, smooth, and dense, becoming more intensely flavored with time, drier and crumblier. How To Eat Mahon On the Canary Islands as well as the Balearic islands, you will find mostly goat's milk cheese as well as mixed milk cheeses.

I hate gin or so I thought but trying the gin in Menorca was a revelation. I loved it.
