General Mills splatters health-sounding claims like "Gluten-Free," "No Colors from Artificial Sources," "No Artificial Flavors," "No High Fructose Corn Syrup" on their box, but they forgot to mention there are 17 grams of sugar in a cup serving. By then you have arrived at Mesa Arch and if you haven’t been to this spot before to explore it a bit, you will have no clue what’s in the dark. Once the sun starts rising and the world starts lighting up, you will experience the grandeur of the vistas opening up behind Mesa Arch. Sunrise at Mesa Arch is just pure magic!Allow for drive time and hike time: remember to allow around 45 minutes to drive from Moab and another 15 minutes to get to the arch from the parking lot. Camera and Lens: I used a Sony 16-35mm lens on a Sony A7rII to shoot the sunrise at Mesa Arch. While the 16mm wide angle lens was fine, a wider (i.e. a 12mm or 14mm lens) would give more flexibility when capturing the vista with the entire arch in frame. A photographer beside me on the day had a 12mm ultra wide and the photos were incredible. Book a flight to Salt Lake City, Denver or any other city that you can rent a car from. Then take the drive to Moab and find yourself a place to sleep. The sun rises from behind Mesa Arch and, as it reaches the level of the arch, the reflections of the sunbeams create a magical starburst effect under the arch. Most photographers are drawn to Mesa Arch for this signature sunrise shot of the starburst sun and the warm golden glow it casts on the inside of the arch.

We were initially disappointed to see that Nature's Path uses brown rice flour, rather than a whole grain, in this cereal. But what really cemented their spot on our worst healthy cereals list was the 15 grams of cane sugar and molasses they add per serving—too much for you or your little one. Kellogg's Origins Fruit & Nut Blend Wake up early! It’s about a 45-60 minute drive to Mesa Arch parking lot from Moab and from there another 15 minute walk to the arch. In my case the sun would rise just before 06.00 am, which meant I got up at 03.30, took off at 04.00 and got to Mesa Arch at about 05.00 am.
