Many thought that Thalia Grace, the daughter of Zeus, could have been the subject of the great prophecy, but the prophecy states "A single choice shall end his days," so Thalia couldn't have been the hero, as she is female and identifies as a female Clarisse La Rue- Clarisse is the daughter of Ares at Camp Half-Blood. Clarisse is very tough and arrogant and is Percy’s main rival. Clarisse eventually gets along with Percy and appreciates him as a friend. She went on the quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece and a quest to explore the labyrinth. Her best friends are Silena and is the girlfriend of Chris Rodriguez.

This is the only book in the entire Camp Half-Blood series where all the Olympians, including Hades and Hestia, appear. The fact that he had hurt Annabeth spurs Luke to regain control of his body.

Also, let’s not forget, Percy’s terrible prophecy is days away and the future ain’t looking so bright. But these heroes aren’t going to stop until they give it their all and believe me, it’s SO INCREIDLBY EXCITING! Briares- Briares is the husband of Kymopoleia and the last hundred handed one in existence. He was saved from Kampe by Percy and Tyson and later helped at the battle of the Labyrinth. He lives in Poseidon’s forges and helped defeat Oceanus. Artemis - Goddess of the moon and hunt. She leads the Hunters of Artemis. She was kidnapped by Atlas and held up the sky to help save Annabeth and demanded her dead Hunters go to Elysium. Her lieutenant was Zoë, now it is Thalia. Kronos makes his way towards Olympus when Hades appears along with Persephone, Demeter, Nico, and a massive undead army. Impatient to get to Olympus, Kronos collapses the magical barriers around Manhattan and draws it closer to Olympus. By doing so, he has cut himself, his vanguard, and Percy’s group (composed of himself, Annabeth, Grover, and Thalia) off from the bulk of his army and from Hades. As Percy’s group fight off Kronos' vanguard, Kronos, along with Ethan, makes his way up to Olympus, where he starts to obliterate it.Krios - Titan of stars and constellations. He guarded Mount Othrys. Hermes told Percy that he fled from Mount Othrys when Kronos was scattered, but in reality, he was killed by Jason Grace and the Roman army From Camp Jupiter.

Chiron - Chiron is a centaur and the director of Camp Half-Blood. Chiron is the son of Kronos and is immortal, training demigods for thousands of years. Chiron trained many heroes including Achilles, Jason, Hercules, Atalanta, Patroclus, Perseus, and Percy. As long as he teaches demigods he will remain immortal. He is son of Kronos. In my review for The Battle of the Labyrinth, I stated I was sure this would have a satisfying enough conclusion, and honestly, it was satisfying enough. Emphasis on the enough. The ending was enough. There’s a happy ending (for now, of course). Percabeth is official, the trio is safe and sound (as they can be), the gods are rebuilding Olympus, and the world can rest. The execution, however, was not. Still, finally getting a hold of this series and witnessing different battles, twists and turns taking place, betrayals and traitors facing their consequences, friendships blossoming, love conquering, and an entire war of Mount Olympus versus the one who started it all, Kronos, has been thoroughly engaging. Despite my love for this series being quite mixed, with my favorite being The Titan's Curse and my least favorite being The Battle of the Labyrinth, I can confidently say there is no regret on starting this series now. I used to think you were too late to read a particular book or series, either due to one’s age or because the book is no longer “as popular,” but I don’t think it’s ever too late to start something. Just like they say it’s never too late to start a new hobby or have an interest in a new career, it’s never too late to start one of the greatest, most beloved, most popular, and best-selling books and series of all time. Grover was sniffing the wind, looking nervous. He fished out his acorns and threw them into the sand, then played his pipes. They rearranged themselves in a pattern that made no sense to me, but Grover looked concerned. Athena - Goddess of wisdom. She voted to kill Percy and told Annabeth to stay away from him. She later admitted that she was wrong about him. Mother of Annabeth and Malcolm. Luke Castellan used Annabeth's knife to kill himself to stop Kronos. This was only possible because Percy trusted Luke with Annabeth's knife. This is the same knife that he gave her when she was little. He promised that they would be there for her and that they (including Thalia) would be a family. Luke broke his promise so the blade became cursed.Any scenes with Paul Blofis, Persephone, Bianca di Angelo, Maria di Angelo, Mr. Dare, and Chris Rodriguez. Grover Underwood - Satyr. Percy's best friend. Becomes Lord of Wild. Is the Chosen One of Pan. Becomes a member of the Council of Cloven Elders. Best friends with Percy, Thalia, and Annabeth. Luke Castellan - Luke is the son of May Castellan and Hermes. Luke ran away from home at the age of nine and went to Camp with Annabeth and Thalia, led by Grover. After Thalia died, he became angry at the gods and joined forces with Kronos. Luke ended up getting the curse of Achilles and became the human host for Kronos. He died a hero. He might have been dating Thalia. Michael Yew - Likely died when Percy destroyed the Williamsburg Bridge. His death is not certain, but it seems to be the general opinion at camp due to his body never being found and him never being heard from again. I also really liked how everything isn't as it seems the entire prophecy, the spy, and the end. I was SHOOK by some of the plot twists and how things turned out which was so surprising! I thought I would guess everything that happens but I did not.
