I don't really have much need of them, have a Split Pad Pro and two and a half sets of Joycons (have an extra right one) with no one to really play with anyway, but that Pikachu and Mimikyu one is fairly tempting. If these were proper fully-featured Joy-Con, I would absolutely leap at these, but as they are, it’s a hard pass. Rumble often makes such a tangible difference in games, especially as I have been mostly playing classic DOOM over the last couple of months, so much so that playing it on PC again without the tactility of rumble feels like a downgrade! (though both platforms have their pros and cons)
